Order Processing and Shipping

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted as your order will likely be processed or shipped.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In those cases, please contact us at latifahbarnes680007@gmail.com and include photos of the item and packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
